We are happy to accept items back for refunds provided the return is agreed in advance.
Goods purchased in error or unwanted must be returned in perfect,unused condition with all applicable packaging intact. We cannot refund any postage costs. Buyers are responsible for all return postage and packaging costs.
Goods returned as faulty will be refunded in full or a replacement offered.
All returns must be notified within 7 days of receipt and agreed in advance with a member of staff. Items must be returned within 14 days from receipt of goods by recorded delivery only.
Please include all details including product description, name/address, date of purchase and reason for return. Please note if this information is not included it may cause delays in processing your returns
We cannot process returns that are not agreed in advance, or returned within 28 days of purchase.
